As if I even write here, but having to delete 200-300 spambot users every time I come back is just too much. If someone really, desperately wants an account, contact me via email :P…
I’ve had an iPhone since Tuesday. I love it. It loves me.
However, I have a few niggles about it. Complaints. Problems. Wants.

I’m going to give it a solid week of use before composing a review. Suffice it to say for now that my complaints are not solid enough to justify holding grudges against the system.
oh boy, mobile blogging. Testing out a wordpress plugin that gives a nice ajaxy interface via the iphone.
As a precursor to restarting the content, I’ve turned off closed comments. Let the spam begin, or alternately let askismet do a good job. Results of this will determine the initial setting on reload.
Well, I think I’m about to blow away the content of this. I’ve gotten WP setup in a way I’m quite happy with. Plugins working well. Things being backed-up automatically, but the problem is the content up to this point is bogus. Yes, all of it.
Look for a potential reload soon.
I’m playing a mage on the Zangarmarsh server. So far it is fairly interesting, although I am a little envious of the 70s raiding constantly. It’s also hard to keep up with both EvE chars and the WoW grind. It’s a nice change of pace, and especially great since it runs on the MacBook…
PC is dead :/
So I’ve been at this job now for just over 120 days. I have my 90 day review on Tuesday, and the first month I was here on contract is not counted for that purpose. Nevertheless, I started here on April 15, 2007. This is rather significant, because at this time I have no desire to abandon the post. Perhaps this is a function of obligation to the soon-to-be two (2) children in the family, or perhaps it is because the job actually doesn’t suck. I think to mention You See Ess right here would probably get me sued, so I won’t. Let’s just say this is decidedly different.
Is there anybody out there?
Due to being asked to run the sound at one of my friend’s/bandmate’s church services for two Sundays, including the weekend of PyCon, I will not be attending PyCon. Right now, money is better spent on something I will actually use immediately, which unfortunately may not be more Python contacts.
Well, I’m not dead, but neither have I been doing a really good job of posting to the blog. I didn’t realize this was a problem, until I found out I had at least one reader that noticed.
So, I’m still here, but I haven’t had anything really positive to write about and I just don’t want to turn the sadmac into an even sadder, more obnoxious mac. I will definitely put up another video post of osme kind this week. I got a brand new (looking) remote control off Ebay to replace the one that I lost. It’s like I never lost it. Oh, the power of Ebay.
